Bible Books Timeline Charts

I am going to try to make more non sermon-audio content, starting with publishing some of the charts I have made over the years. Here are a couple of overviews of the timelines of the creation of the Old and New Testaments. Note that the narrative books (Law and History in the OT, Gospels and Acts in the NT) are placed on the timeline relative to the events they describe, not relative to when they were written. Hope these are helpful! You can get pdf version here (OT) and here (NT).

The Church that Doesn’t Believe in the Old Testament

The Old Testament occupies a strange space in the American-Christian psyche, and at times we have been accused of ignoring or forsaking it. But what does it really mean to “believe in” the Old Testament, and what about those OT doctrines that seem to have latched onto the American mind?
